🏃 How to Book Your Running Tour

1. Choose Your Run

Visit our Tours Page and select the run that fits your schedule and pace — from sunrise city runs to longer heritage routes.

2. Pick a Date & Time

Select your preferred date and starting time. Morning runs are recommended to beat the heat and enjoy quiet streets.

3. Fill Out the Booking Form

Let us know where you’re staying, your pace, and any special preferences (e.g., distance, sites you'd like to see).

4. Confirmation & Details

You’ll receive a confirmation email with meeting details and a short questionnaire to tailor your run.

🚩 Meeting Point

We usually start directly from your hotel or accommodation (within central Rome).

If you're staying outside the city center, we’ll agree on a convenient meeting point nearby.

🧳 What to Bring

  • Comfortable running shoes
  • Lightweight, breathable clothes
  • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
  • Phone or camera (optional — we’ll stop for photos!)
  • A small towel or change of shirt (especially in warmer months)

💧No need to carry water – Rome is full of free, fresh water fountains along the way (called nasoni). We'll guide you to the best ones.

📸 Bonus

We’ll take photos of your run so you can relive the experience and share it with friends — no need to worry about selfies while running!
